Lớp vẽ OS tuyển dụng các 03 vị trí Biên tập phim (video editor)/ toàn thời gian/ cộng tác viên:

Mô tả công việc:

Lên ý tưởng, xây dựng kịch bản và dựng video cho các kênh TikTok, YouTube, các kênh mạng xã hội khác.
Biên tập video bài giảng, hoạt động, sự kiện của công ty.
Quay phim, chụp ảnh để làm tư liệu nguồn cho công việc.
Nghiên cứu các xu hướng (trends) và đề xuất những ý tưởng nội dung mới, sáng tạo.
Xây dựng thư viện tài nguyên video, các mẫu video, quy trình biên tập, quản lý dữ liệu.

Bằng cấp: có bằng cấp trong lĩnh vực phù hợp hoặc được đào tạo kỹ năng tương đương.
Kinh nghiệm: tối thiểu 1 năm cho vị trí nhân viên/chuyên viên/cộng tác viên; sinh viên năm 3 cho vị trí thực tập sinh.
Hồ sơ chuẩn bị đúng trọng tâm mô tả công việc
Thành thạo các phần mềm CapCut (ưu tiên); Adobe Premiere, After Effects; các phần mềm đồ hoạ khác, powerpoint.
Có tư duy sáng tạo, nắm bắt xu hướng.
Chủ động, chính trực, chăm chỉ, có trách nhiệm cao và kỹ năng quản lý thời gian tốt.
Tiếng Anh: Trung cấp.

OS Fine Art is recruiting 03 positions of Video Editor/ Full-time/ Collaborator:

Develop concepts, write scripts, and edit engaging videos for TikTok, YouTube, and other social media channels.
Edit educational videos (lessons) as well as footage from company activities and events.
Conduct filming and photography sessions to create a library of source assets for video production.
Research current social media trends and propose new, creative content ideas.
Build and manage a library of video resources, templates, editing workflows, and data.

Education: A degree in a relevant field or demonstrable equivalent skills and training.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience for Staff/Specialist/Collaborator roles; 3rd-year students or higher are welcome for Intern positions.
Portfolio: Your application must include a portfolio that is highly relevant to this job description.
Software Proficiency: Proficient in CapCut (preferred); Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects; and other graphic design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator), PowerPoint.
Skills & Mindset: Possess a creative mindset with a keen eye for current trends.
Personal Attributes: Proactive, honest, diligent, highly responsible, with excellent time management skills.
English: intermediate level.
